RPEx Consulting, LLC provides services directly to the real estate development, architectural, engineering, and construction industries.  Our mission is to propel projects forward and drive them to success by implementing diligent research techniques, thorough planning, and experienced execution.  We provide advisory services as well as hands-on analysis, design, project management, programming, and training. Through our in-house consultants and a network of industry partners, we’re able to execute for our clients throughout the life cycle of their projects.

Founder and principal, Ryan Sylvia, P.E., established RPEx Consulting, LLC to work with project owners, business owners, and investors in need of a dedicated, thoughtful, and thorough team members to support their projects and businesses.  When consulting with developers, investors, and construction professionals embarking on a project, he draws on his experience delivering commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects as a designer, inspector, project manager, and owners’ representative to guide the process.  As a business owner, skilled in building operating teams, establishing supply chains, building operating facilities, and developing business, he brings a unique complement of insight to advising construction business owners.
